Privacy Preserving Cloud Computing Expert
I am a computer security researcher working on big data and cloud computing security. Currently, I am leading the software development and research at Data Security Technologies. The core mission of our company is to build secure BigData infrastructures where businesses and individuals can utilize the power of big data without worrying about the security and privacy of their data. In addition, we also provide a 360-degree view of data and provide real-time threat detection using cutting-edge machine learning techniques.
I have completed Ph.D. in Computer Science from UT Dallas. I worked at UTD Data Security and Privacy Lab with Dr. Murat Kantarcioglu. My Ph.D. research objective was to build a reliable, accountable, and efficient cloud computing environment where users don't need to worry about their privacy. We focused on using existing, proven cryptographic methods and techniques to build privacy-preserving systems that leverage cloud computing. We utilized hardware-based trusted execution environments (TEE), such as Intel SGX, to build practical secure systems.
